Blade Material: Choose Your Steel

Both options are hand-forged Damascus with the raindrop pattern. The only difference is the steel.

Carbon Steel Damascus (1095): Takes a keen edge and is easy to sharpen. It needs a little care, because it can rust if left wet. Dry it right away and wipe on a thin coat of mineral oil. Over time it may develop a natural patina.
Stainless Damascus : Hand sharpened with a sharp, ready-to-use edge. It resists rust and stains and needs less upkeep, which makes it a good choice for easy daily use.
Not sure which to pick? Choose Carbon Steel for the sharpest edge and classic feel, or Stainless for low-maintenance everyday cooking.
The leather roll:
A black leather roll is included. It protects the edges and makes the set easy to store, carry to a BBQ, or gift.
